Marisa Joy Anderson

Coming in at a fatness of 9lbs. and 20 inches long. This is our new little sweetheart addition. Marisa Joy Anderson. We had her April 2nd at 1:47 AM. Everything went super well. The epidural took a long time to kick in because he didn't give me enough according to my height but once in did I was loving life.
She's got this fat little face but skinny skinny legs and body. Don't know where she holds the 9lbs but believe me she does.

Her sisters are really excited! When they came to see us Mylee said, "Who that mom" I said "That is your baby sister, Marisa" She said "Oh" Than she looks up at me and scrunches her nose and gives me the thumbs up sign and says "Good job Mom" It was perfect timing and as usual for Mylee, seriously funny!

  7. Hello Marisa, Your little Mylee must be well over three now - I feel a kinship with her as we share the same birthday and I also weighed 9 lbs at birth! And that's a good start. Marisa is a lovely name too, but I'm actually contacting you just because you're also a Joy Anderson. If you're on facebook, you'll see me there - I'm just not smart enough to put a picture on here. You may have enough friends ? but I hope not, because with your permission I'd like to be one too. I'm 83, was married for 54 years (until 9 years ago) to a wonderful Scot named Ron (born in Edinburgh). I was born in South Africa and left there about 18 months ago to come to the States, where I'm living with my fourth daughter Kay and her husband in Oklahoma. (Another thing we have in common, my first three being girls). I went on to have Kay and then 7 years later a son and after that we called it quits. Ron and I were blessed to start quite a Clan (tribe?) of 18 grandchildren and now 21 great grandchildren (all beautiful !).
That's me in a nutshell Marisa and my prayer is that we may get to know one another and to share many more good thoughts? I'd appreciate hearing from you and, in the meantime, may God bless you and yours every day and in every way.
